Default Re: jains green acres-feedback

Hello Thendral,

We owned a flat in Jains Green Acres.

I will tellu you the -es in JGA

1.Carpentary works are worst.
2. Service is poor
3.Pallavaram road condition is very worst, roads are digged for drainage system

In total i want to say that quality of work is bad.

+ves

1.Spacious
2.Plan is good compared to other builded houses by jain.
3. Electric train facility
4. It is easily connected to 200ft road to thoraipakkam
5.JGA community

Community people are taking their own responsibility to do lot of works to tha JGA flats and they are celebrating all occasions as a family

Thanks and Regards
Lakshmi
