 Friends tell me about chitlapakkam Hi friends, We have decided to buy a land in chitlapakkam,south of chennai.They quote one ground(2400 sq feet) as 28 lakhs.We are not so familiar with the place since we r new to chennai and added now we r in UK. Friends,is anyone familiar with the place? Is it worth to buy a land there for this price.Share with me what u feel about the place (since we may settle there in future) ,Both positive and negative opinions will help us a lot... with luv, seeba.      |
