Flats VS Independent House

Dear friends
Thank you very much for your valuable suggestions. Now planning to buy a plot in kovur 40 by 40. the broker say the cost as 13,50000rs. approved. is it worth or am i going to pay more. your valuable suggestions needed. please help me out.

I lived in an independent house till my marraige . At that time I used to think that how people live in these match box like flats. No privacy, no garden etc etc. But after marraige we bought a flat and moved into it . Now I love living in a flat. Lot of friends, lot of facilities, security, no water problem, everything association will take care. Every evening we meet near the children's play area and talks about everything under the sun.Early morning we ladies go for walking here itself. I really enjoy life in the flat.
