 About sky city by Dugar builders Hi Ladies, We are on the lookout for buying property at chennai and since I am out of country, can anyone provide details about the project by Duagr builders on Poonamalle high road (named as Sky city homes). Any information on their construction, amenities would be useful.      |

| Re: About sky city by Dugar builders Sky City, a set of apts, built by Kerry Estates (www.sky-city.in) did a pre-launch on Oct 13th and was sold out within a week; for Rs 2,775 - 2,825 per sq ft. Mostly 3BR; very few 2 BR. This is off on Poonamallee High Road/Vanagaram just past the Outer Ring Road. We have booked one apt here - does anyone know about this builder's reputation/construction quality? (PS: Contrast this with Puravankara SwanLake on OMR at 3,500/ sq ft and only 50% sold after 6 months) I got this details from another chat site. But good information.
