What would be the average rate of flat in Kodambakkam ? Hi All: Wanted to know, how much would it cost to buy approx 500-600 sq.ft. flat (new/resale) in Kodambakkam/Mambalam high road/West mambalam/Choolaimedu etc. Who are the best promoters dealing flats in these areas ? Also, do anybody knows any reliable promoters who sell plots in outer Chennai on installment basis ? Like, Tindivanam, Arakkonam etc.

Deepa, Have you checked out ecopolis from real value. i liked the farm land concept from them. but right now do not have that kind of dough to invest. i am wary of these promoters because they are trying to cash in on the vulnerability of the common man who wants to just own a small piece of land. kodambakkam, a 2nd hand flat 20 years was sold at 40lakhs..according to my friend. that comes to around 4000..and a new flat could come anywhere between 6000-7000 depending on the builder.

I have been told that rates are in the region you are quoting for near to station. the train route is the one thing along with the other amenities that make chromepet a great place for people working in mepz, perungalathur shiram it park, kelambakkam road. there are good schools. who is the builder pooja??
