near kathipara junction or madipakkam koot road or madipakkam ponni amman kovil is also ok.

Not bad, you have got the area right. there are lot of constructions going on, in this area. A independant plot in the ponni amma kovil and surrounding is difficult nowadays..ranging anywhere between 60 and above. in madipakkam, you have to be cautious of the water logging areas.

buying house very near to the school (you mean GST??)..But if you are looking at flats i think ramaniyam has one coming up on the main road called Govardhan.

Have seen some ads for independent house in the local ads..will check and come back.

If you are looking at rent, then adambakkam,alandur,nanganallur,little mount, madipakkam will be in the vicinity of the school. I would suggest adambakkam on the inside nearer to ngo colony a better option right now as the medavakkam high road expansion will start and traffic problems will become a hell.

A 4bhk is not common in these areas, you have to ask for the same.
Regarding buying you can check on the areas and zero on the places.

We like to sell our plot that's in OMR road. The plot is located in Karapakkam, Pallikaranai Village. Landmarks: On the side of Thangavelu Engineering College and Behind TCS. It's a 2400sq. ft. plot.

The brokers are saying that they have the buyers for 55L, but they are not bringing the real buyers properly. So I thought of posting it here.

We bought this one year ago from another family living in Chennai. We have owned it for one year now. We want to sell this immediately as we're buying an independent house in Adyar. We're even now ready to decrease the price little bit and sell it as we have to register our other property by end of this month.
