About Durham Greens Apartments Fremont,CA

Hi All,

We are looking for a 2 bed room apartment between $1200-$1600, today we went to see Durham Greens apartment in Fremont and liked it. 2 bed 2 bath was
$1475 only.... So whatz ur opinion about this apartment..anybody living there??

Hi Chitra

Its a gated complex. I had one friend living there. There are lot of indians so U will feel at home. If you have kids, find out which is the home school and the overload schools. I think Durham Green should be nice.

Hi stork
We are in 2 bed 2 bath apt so its 850 sqft...and for us the rent is 1475 (9 month lease) , we have gym 2 tennis court volley ball court, swimming pool, basket ball court etc ..the security deposit is 800-1000...
