Cabbage, onion etc can be chopped finely in FP. For coconut you have use dry coconut or remove the coconut pieces then grate. Juicer is useful (as though it's best to have fruits fresh as such). I used to do these(grating, juice) using mixie earlier - not much of difference

My preethi mixie is my favourite kitchen gadget..Being a vegiee i would have found tough time to prepare breakfast and chutneys without a mixer.

My favorite recent addition is Presto Salad Shooter/slicer (posted in chitvish's gadget thread). My DH uses it and swears by it.
Other than that my fav electric ones that I use are,
Preeti mixie - use it almost every other day for grinding chutneys, making podis, adai or pesarattu batter, grinding for kootu/kuzhambu.
Ultra grind - grind dosa/idli batter
Cuisnart FP - for huge amount shredding, slicing, kneading chapathi or poori atta
Non-electric ones are:
Wire whisk - everyday for making kanji (porridge)
manual grater - for grating ginger for tea
Mortar & Pestle - for pounding fresh pepper, ginger, cardamom etc
These gadgets have made my life little easy otherwise....whoof can't imagine.
