Default Drape holders

hey guys...

Is there any way to hang drapes without screwing or drilling holes.. I want to know if there are any kinda suction type of stuff where you can just fix it in the window and then hang them..

Please do let me know how you have yours... I personally dont like screwing/drilling stuff all over the house

Hi Nandhu,
the suction type holders will never hold the weight of these drapes (if you have real heavy-velvety one), at first I tried for them, but they used to come off as suction cups are not good in the walls here (walls do not provide full vacuum environment as galss or other non-porous objects.).
So, I switched to the other option.
Regards.

Hi Meeta,

Can you suggest any sturdy curtain rods ( any particular brand/company) with good designs? Something not too pricey....

Thanks
Krithika ( Jithiks)

Sorry dear, just saw the mail today as I am not getting Email reminders......so easily forgets....
Anyways, I have not much idea abt the brand name ...... I had brought that from JC Penny Sale.....It was very cheap around 10 bucks.....
You can check on JC Penny site and Sale items once a while......so brought from there only.
Thanks.

Yes Krithika,
I have seen good rods and knobs both in Sears and my fav. one Bed Bath and Beyond. But here again the cost factor comes.....As I stay in an appartment, I don't want to throw my money on costly decor because we even don't know whether we are going to settle here or not.......
So, from cost point of view, I went to the sales of JC Penny.......but if you want something for your own home.......I would have preffered Bed bath and beyond or Linen and Things.......they have really awesome collection.......
regards.

HI,
As Meeta suggested, you can try J C penny, Lenin & Things, Sears, Walmart etc.
You get cheaper @ Walmart and good ones too.......
