need help with organizzing dcuments

We stay in Apartment where there not much closet. There is one small closet and one walking closet with horizontal shelves. We store our documents in files and keep that in small suitcase. Everytime we need some documents we have to pick entire suitcase and remove everything, in short its very disorganized. I can't think how to organize my documents.
Can you pls share how you all organize your files especially wen you in apt.
Shd i get some cupboard or book shelf for it?

pls pls guide.

u can get some solo expansion file holders (even online) organize it and label it .
So once u open it where the document is (from label)

Hi,

you will be getting wall hanging paper storage racks made of cloth which you can hang to the wood of window with a sticky plastic nail and put your documents there.

or now a days you get paper bags with thread on the top when we go for shopping .stick a plastic nail to the wall and hang that paper bag,keep your docs there which will be of much use.

I used to do the same with my current bills, gas bills, some important papers which i need handy.
