    good one
    i generally do it in another way
    wrap all silver articles in a aluminium foil so that all the sufaces touch the foil and leave small gap so that water can enter inside
    then immerse this in tub of hot water ,add baking soda
    leave it for 2 or 3 min
    just thake them out and dry with soft cloth
    u can see the difference
    hope this helps

    Nice.

    I clean my silver using vibuthi. The method is quite simple. Just take vibuthi in a clean cotton rag and apply/rub it with slight pressure on the silver vessel. Cover the vessel completely and thats it. Wash the vessel in clean water and you are done :) Just cleaned two silver tumblers and a pooja lamp today while watching a movie at home :)
