Some doubts abt Villas

Hi every one,

We r a nuclear family...me my hubby n my toddler son. We r staying in 3 bed Rooney flat... we r planning to take a villa..I'm wondering, is there any risk factors in staying villas...we lived in independent duplex previously....but I think maintaining a independent house is a big ****...sorry to say this...some times maids creates alot ofnucence...then we moved into a posh apartment...where all probs solved with in mins...no headaches for water...power...or maids....I feel like life is very flexi here... Now we rlanning to move into a villa... Jam confused...is it bother me like an independent house or staying in villas is very similar to apartments...

I feel flat is batter then villas at least you can manage them without maids....

Many who are used to apartments do not take to villas easily. Yes, its a lot more effort compared to flats. Maintaining the lawn, property etc woud completely fall on you. But the joy is endless! I love independent house and would not trade it for anything else.

But like others said, flats are easy to maintain compared to villas.
