You can make a garland by making pompons and stictching them together. but after subasri asked I have an idea. When my daughter was small, I used to make roses and flowers and attach it to the rubberband. may we could make individual roses and then stitch it in the form of a garland. this is the idea i got. let me try to make two /or three flowers and and show the end result so that somebody can make it.
