    :thumbsup:thumbsup This is a very easy method of learning Kutchwork, You have done a great job.

    The name of the design - Maltese cross can also be included

    am really happy u were able to follow so far!
    the motif after the interlacing is complete is also called THE MALTESE CROSS in the west.
    now the interlacing is not over; so we will continue:
    3) from under thread 3-4, needle goes over thread 16-15 and under threaad thread 21-22. pics 3 & 4.
    4) needle goes over thread 17-19 and under thread 16-15. pic-5.
    5)needle goes over thread 17-19 and under thread 16-15 and over the interlacing thread.pic-6.
    so far ok?

    so i suppose u all have understood so far, and we continue:
    6) now needle goes over thread19-20 and under thread 18-17. pic-7.
    7) needle goes over thread 19-20 and under thread 18-17 and over the interlacing thread. pic-8.

    8. needle goes over thread 21-22 and under thread 20-19. pic-9.
    so far so good?

    hi sindhuja,
    :hiya, the instructions are the same for all the interlacings except in some border designs, the interlacing continues first horizontally to the right and then comes to the bottom part. will post a design later and explain! so keep practising as i guide u!
