Hello Viji Maam

All your works are exceptionally good. Could you kindly tell briefly how you have done the clay work Ganesha and also the peacock. It will be also very helpful if you let me know the procedure for making the aarathi thattu (like what you have usd for the base and what paints you have used?)

Thanks in advance
Manjula

Can you please explain how you made the Bangles plate and the amman pavadai?
Dearone,
The Bangle plate:
I have taken a plate and pasted velvet paper on it. Being Adipooram and valaikappu festivel i designed it by valayals. Just paste valayals(bangles) around the velvet paper. In the centre i made small size bangles in a standing position and pasted by m.seal. So it is standing errectly without falling. Centre to that i pasted one tiya(painted and done chamki work). Above the tiya we can lit the lamp. In the bigger bangle i arranged kundan stones and pasted by glue. Out side the bangle i pasted small round type mirror(Used for embroidary).Given a coat of gold 3d outliner paint.
Have you enjoyed it?
Regarding the Pavadai
I measured the Devis size and cut velvet paper accordingly. Since i have jewellery making materials availble, i used it in the centre of bangle. Since it is adipooram and valaikappu festivel, i designed the Pavadai also in the Bangle.
Do you like it
Thankyou
viji

I have taken plywood and painted it over it. Then traced the Ganesha picture over it.
All the work are being done by chemecal clay(Called M.Seal). Out line the picture, jewels and everything the complete work is by M.seal. Then painted it . The out side work is done by POB and fevical mixture. I have done it by tappering method. Painted over it. Thats all. But tooks a lot of work. But I enjoyed doing it.
For arathi thattu i have given the procedure to my reply.
I dont used any of the painting to that thattu. Just velvet paper and Bangles. Just decorated acording to my taste thats all.
Viji
