| Dear Shree, you can store this dough for a week. in an Air tight container. if you expose it outside, it will become very hard. if you keep it in fridge, then it may stay for 10, 15 days. When you use, bring it to room temp, hammer it and bring it to soft dough, then use. totally it should be very soft or else it will crack. All the best. visalamkrishnan |
