My dear Sushmavarala,

That is an awesome job that you have done here keeping the concern of the thread in your mind.
I must really thank you.
I will work on this info.
Will be pmming you.

Please let me know your thoughts on this. I have addressed it to you because I understand you are the moderator for this group. If i have violated any of the code conduct of this forum, by performing this analysis, then please excuse me. I have done this purely out of concern for making this forum more organised.

This is our Forum...concerns both you and me. So, it does not matter who does the analysis if it proves to be an advantage for all of us users. Apologies are highly misplaced here !

Dear all,

I would request some of the enthusiastic ilites not to post forwarded messages in this subforum. this is an already overflowing forum and please avoid forwards which pushes the other threads, to the back pages and forcing new ilites to open new threads.

One more thing, there are a few new members who are indirectly soliciting, business under the cover of opinion,if you are here for business, please go to the administrator, who will guide you.

This forum is for amateurs who are learning and teaching others.

I do not want to point fingers at any names.

Morevoer, we are here to help each other and let us not make moderating a so heavy burden on our sweet moderator kamla...

hope we all cooperate and learn together with the same enthusiasm .

Dear Shanvy,

Thank you so much for your supportive post.

Unfortunately, moderating this forum is proving to be quite a tricky task due to lack of time on my part. Intentions are there, sorry for not putting it into practice as yet. I beg for all of your patient support till things are sorted out.

Dear Lakshmi Anand,

As of now, please browse through the threads and post it under the one which suits your craft and works.
Even if the thread is redundant, the moment you post your contribution, it will get active. Point is to keep similar crafts under one title.
Hope that helps.

The point is that whether the thread starter adds posts or the thread receives comments, it will be shown under the 'new posts'.. and if they have already read that thread, people will not be tempted to open it at all....unless it is a hot issue.Commenting on a work and participating in a discussion are totally different. This is my opinion, and I would appreciate if I am given some direction regarding this.

Thank you,
hello kamala madam...i agree with ur thoughts of clubbing n merging the similar threads...as kalupatti said i too feel the same....i have already posted many threads so hesitating to start new threads..but if i post my embroidery works in the same threads very few friends will notice it..so im in dilemma..

Hi kamla,

clubbing similiar is an excellent idea.

There are plenty of threads & and many of them go unnoticed.
