Jewellery Making - Necklaces

I would like to Share my creations with you all.Please Give your feedback so that i can do more quality work.

I would like do more designs and so please give me your suggestions and ideas.

The jewels are very pretty and elegant. I liked them. I think the last one is the jade beads, I have a some strings of jade beads too. I am also planning to do something similar alongwith corals / pearls. I am looking out for some nice pendants to go with it.

krithika is my dd's name.
Yes the last one is jade beads.Pendant is a very good idea.Even we get rose shaped corals and jade leaves pendants.That will be very nice.
Do share your jewelry with us after you finish that.

All the 3 sets you've displayed are excellent ! In fact, I loved the jade necklace.

Even, I have some jade Beads & coral flowers, but waiting to make something out of it during my next trip to chennai. But your display has piqued my interest to give it a try !

Is it easy to do at home Kamala? How did you learn to do this? Are the materials available in shops?

Even here, I've seen in craft stores/craft dept of big stores..they do have these strings, cords etc...so do you think it will be feasible to do this myself?

Thanks for your feed back.

It is very easy to do at home.I and Lalitha Shivaguru(IL) learnt it from AnushaKmurthy(IL).
Things for making the jewellery is available in craftshops.I think it is very cheap in Paris( broadway).

Even in US ,they teach jewellery making in beads shops.You also get nice varieties of beads and diff types of wires there.

This is a very good hobby.Please definitely try and share your creations with us.

Thank you very much for the feedback.Saturday eve i went to the avenue road and collected the chains,hook etc.But the jade beads,pearls i brought them from Us.when i went to the avenue road(Raja market), i could see shops selling jade and coral beads too.They are cheaper compared to us(not sure of the quality).They bring those beads from machilli pattnam.We get variety of beads in raja market.In malleswaram too in 8th cross, Sri chakra pearls, they sell pearls and all semiprecious beads at good rate.
I think you can try in Raja market to have a good idea.
