| Hey All, Please have a look at my mural paintings, and give all FB as possible. The first one is Lord Venkatachalapathi. Last year, I did around 30 of these, with Ganesha, Sai Baba, Lakshmi for gifting for navarathri. And the second one is my first mural. It is actually a recangular picture. I could not upload it that way, so trimmed it into a oval.

| If you know ceramic work, it is the same procedure. You have to prepare a board in ply wood. hard board, stick the required idols, and work with ceramic on the sides. Then finish it off by using enamel colours. If there are more queries, I will post more detailed procedures

| This is a Vaasthu Mural. I did that along with a friend, and we gifted it for a house warming ceremony. I have been wanting to do one like that by myself for my house - but never got around doing it though!! It is so beautiful, when hung on a plain wall. If you are wondering what Vaasthu means, we just named it that way!! I want to do a similar one with dasaavatharams and ashtalakshmis...Let me see!!

| Yes Deepi. Thats how these were done. But it is also possible to design everything with ceramic! Quite time consuming, but looks fantastic. If you are trying out - use chalk powder with cermaic. And use fevicol or any other binder. I normally dont use fevicol because it is expensive, and because the finishing shine is less. I use Bul Bond only.

Remember these when you are trying out murals. 1. Keep coconut oil/talcum powder handy. 2. Mix chalk powder/ceramic in equal levels 3. Dont forget to give a coat of varnish. 4. Use super quality brushed, else bristles will spoil d painting. I would advise to start with a small one, like the Venki one. This will take only about 20 mins to do. And is a ideal gift. Last year, We gave these, mural mirrors and my hand-made jewellery only as gifts for navarathri!! it was so pretty, and everyone loved it. One more good thing, I am sure no one will 'pass the parcel' with it!!
