crystal painting is very simple. crystals are available in Raja thread shop. they look like sugar crystals.
Steps to do.
1. take a clean glass . place ur design under it.
2. trace the outline with stainglass outliner.
3. apply fevicol diluted with a little water where ever u want crystal.(no neessaril he whole pic)
4. remove the excess crystal by inverting the glass.
5 When dry apply solvent based stain glass paints. the crystals will absorb the paint, apply the paint where u desire allow to dry

I have one pic which i am attaching .I am not entirely satisfied as there are some flaws but it will give u an idea

i had posted one of my glass paintings. actually these are broken glass pieces and not crystals. this i had done while learning. i know it's not looking as beautiful as your painting. i'll soon upload my second painting of the same type. first let my friends in this thread comment on my small painting.
