Ashu, I have done this work by mounting a black cloth on a mount board or a piece of ply wood. And then the design is traced with carbon, and then balls are stuck. I think i explained most of it. Nice work. The method is simple but needs lots of patience. Be careful while doing any art work using thermocol balls with the small kids around.

thermocol girl looks cute. Thank you for posting this. Hope it is possible do this in glass - by giving same glass colours on the glass and then stick colured balls.
