dear anusha,

Thanks for the invitation.I would like to know the place where you are conducting the classes because south bangalore is very far from my house and i live in malleswaram.If it is within 5 or 6 kms i can attend the classes.I will send a mail to given mail adress.

However, if there a minimum of three people in and around your area of residence, I can also come over and teach.

Hi Nithya,

i got a designer wear Aari work Saree from Mysore Saree udyog in Bangalore. This is shop is in Commercial street main Road and u do get lot of choice also. Priya simran on MG road also does have the same , but i found it to be little expensive.

hi nithya,

i've learnt aari work.its easy 4 a person who knows the basic crochet -- chain stitch.
at ernakulam v 've institutes.

4 the work u need aari work thread n needle.draw the design [initially a simple one] on the cloth.keep the thread on the lower side of the cloth[ design] n pull it out using the needle frm the top.by practice u get perfection n speed.

hi
though i have learnt aari i have not done it in a saree yet
it is bit strenuous and u need a cot like thing as a frame to do it
without that it is difficult to do on sarees
u can learn it very easily but needs lot of practice
