Paintings : Fabric Paintings on Saree

i have done all these designs on moms plain cotton sarees.i have used fabric paints&fabric outliners for painting the same.these deigns are done on pallu.pl have a look and say how is it and how to improve

Can you guide to do a fabric painting in a cotton saree (just a procedure)

thanks Praveena,here is the steps which i know

1.wash ur fabric well to remove starch
2.trace the design using carbon(black,blue or white) depending on the color of the saree u choose
3.give outline
4.then color
5.touch up the outline once more(if found necessary)
6.dry for 24 hrs(normal paints) and for glitter outliner for 72 hrs
7.dont wash for 72 hrs (hope so) approx(1 week)
8.then iron on reverse side and use it.

Excellent work. I specially like the first design very much. I tried to do the same thing for my SIL on a Kasavu sari. It turned out okay. Attaching the picture Keep sharing your work with your fellow crafters.
