DOES ANYONE KNOWS ABT PAPER SWIRLLINGS?
THIS IS A KIND OF PAPER WORK ............
PAPER RIBBINS R USED TO MAKE DIFFRENT SHAPES N DESIGNS.............THATS ALL I KNOW
KINDLY TEL ME MORE N GIVE SOME IDEA OF HOW TO MAKE.....................

Hi a

After reading your post, looks like you are thinking of paper quilling. thin strips of paper 1/8" ( a little wider sometimes) are rolled into different shapes to make pretty designs with a special needle tool and a slottled quilling tool. If this is the craft , let me know I might be able to help you otherwise.......... i am so sorry for misguiding you.
