hi all,

yesterday i wen to an exhibition here. i saw a type of painting- they have used metal wires instead of the liner and used a single metallic shade for teh figure.

it looked different. unfortunately i'd taken my daughters mobile which had no camera-or else i could've taken a photo of that and posted.

its a variation of glass painting and the figures mostly used are like traditiona figures like those for tanjore on glass-only a single color is used- no jewellery etc. highlighted- teh metal wire is of contrast color.

anyone aware of this art? pl: do post images if any- some pieces were really good.
