Does anyone know, where cotton yarn for knitting and crochet is sold in hanks in chennai. I only find mercidised cotton by anchor and its very expensive when attempting large projects.

Many years ago i used to buy in Raja stores in Ranganathan street, T.nagar. My embroidery teacher recommended it. They had threads other than anchor. Unfortunately I don't remember the shop number but i can recall that it is at the end of the street.. i also hope that the shop has not been removed in recent times.
