Default paintings

Hi Surya:

Thanks a lot. If you want to learn oil painting ,you have to attend practical

classes. You can buy the" Walter foster " series books ,There is step by step method

and illestrations. That would help to learn systametically.

For learning oilpainting, first you have to learn sketching.

.To begin with, you can learn oil

painting then you can change acrylic. Acrylic paints are like water colour. It will dry

very quickand once you paint you can't make any changes.

If you have any doubt, please send a word.

Bye

Dear Manimekkalai,

Congrats......these are some amazing paintings, i liked the Indian Lady, milkmaid and lady and swan....These are a copy of the original isn't it? wonderful, they are so perfect.....
When and how did yu realise that u had this talent for painting, and how long do you take to do one painting....
I cannot hold a pencil straight , so i always appreciate people who can paint well!

Lovely paintings, keep posting more, and all the very best to you!

Default To Manimekallai,

Dear Manimekallai,

I just went through your paintings, they are wonderful! I t

acts as inspiration to poets like us; The portrait of

queen Mari Antonitte, did you capture it in Louvre? The

galloping horse is life-like, imparting strength! And

Krishna- he really is his charming self, while Ganapathi

made me do namaskar. You really have a wonderful

gift! Please keep it up, and may Saraswati bless you further.

Manimekalai Ma,

I visited all your art work links. I liked the following to be the best...(may be becos my name is also Malar!)

Flower vase
Flower plant in the pot
Bird in the rose plant

Excellent art - they are looking very real.

I have a suggestion...

You had posted your picture in the above link - picaso blogspot. Why don't you replace it with your own portrait painted by you? That will talk more about your art work.

Congratulations and keep us posted more of your good work.

Malar.
