thank you prabha for remembering me.yes lilly, as kavi said, one is there in k,k nager madurai.her name is mekala. but i don't have her phone number, but our ilite inanya is having it. i'll ask her to post it.

sorry i called my mom for the phone no. of that person and was waiting for it. But she doesnt have it(i learned 3 years back). but i think, her name is mekala like vishnu told. maybe we r talking about the same person. i remember her house but couldnt find the phone no.really sorry.

Hi lilly, about the materials u asked there r few shops near jewel shops street(nagai kadai bazaar). i got all my threads and frame from there but not sure about the needles. I got aari and zardosi needles and even design books in hyderabad.

Yes my SIL at madurai finally found a person in SS colony teaching aari as well as doing aari work for shops. May be now I should plan my vacation so that I get to learn at a faster mode. Of course I have started doing my practice with lots of support from Vishnu and her blog. It did help a lot and Vishnu is too good in clearing doubts prompty! Thanks Vishnu.
