hi Anu,
thanx for ur tip.Vicks contains essential oils like eucalyptus which help in giving heat to body thru acupressure points on soles.(covering whole body)
Try using few drops eucalyptus in mustard oil same way
I have tried making insomnia blend using EOs like marjoram,neroli on soles which works 100%

Today, my son was crying

a lot with the stuffy nose and he was not able to sleep at 5 am in the morning. I remembered this post and applied Vicks and he is alright after sometime.
Sure it works.
