Hi

As far I know If you add less table salt or no salt then it becomes a high BP 'friendly' diet..

As the common salt sodium chloride helps in activation of an enzyme ACE which converts Angiotensinogen to its biologically active form Angiotensin which inturn will have its effect on pressure or baroreceptors and increase BP. Hence generally the meds prescribed for high BP would be Ace Inhibitors if you would have notice (you have not mentioned whether you belong to high BP category)

If you reduce table salt intake or literally take no table salt it becomes a high BP diet..

suggested veggies for you will be

Cauliflower as it inhibits salt intake
Broccoli rich in antioxidants
carrots

If you a non-vegetarian (i do not know) kindly avoid eggs and organ meats as they contain more fat and salt..

all the best
