Iodine enriched vegetables-please name

    Hi,

    As I am suffering from Hypo-thyroid I am lookin for iodine enrich veges. Is something there for me.

    You should be using iodized salt firstly.

    Iodine content in vegetables depends on the soil they are grown in. I don't think that it is something that is easy to figure out. That's why iodine is added to common salt, to supply the required iodine in one's diet.

    So, like tashidelek said, I think iodized salt is your best bet. It would be best if you speak to your doctor for more information.

    i am also having thyroid.
    dont use rock salt.. use table salt which has iodine first.
