why iam asking this is tummy reduction after baby birth is little more difficult

 

Is it only your tummy that is too big or your weight in general?

If you are overall bigger, for me eating just a bit less of everything helped. Don't do something drastic because it is hard to keep it long term.

If you are disproportionate, it is very hard to lose weight only from one part of the body, even with exercises. You can get in better tone with exercises though.
