Iron rich foods.

    Just have Ragi and Kambhu(millet) regularly. This is rich in iron and also provides a break from the rice culture.

    For indian ladies living outside india, you can also include lettuce in your diet as it also has good content of iron in it.

    thnx...my daughter is underweight and iron deficient and doctor adviced us to give food that are rich in iron. she is a picky eater. Getting her to eat is very difficult. Is there medicine (preferably natural)to increase hunger. Pls help.
