Thanx for the response. But I still do vote for coconut oil only even after finding so many supporting new "heart friendly" oils.
I think that goes in for a debate.
Coconut oil (and all saturated fats) has been blamed for many years as a cause of bad cholesterol levels, which supposedly leads to heart disease.But studies done on traditional tropical populations that consume large amounts of coconut oil show just the opposite.
Infact you'll get plenty of websites supporting the benefits of coconut oil as well as those that prove it dangerous.

So what to believe and what not to believe?
