I weigh 74 kgs and have been diagnosed with PCOD for the past two years. I have been desperately trying to lose weight.

Your diet plan looks great and i will start it from tomorrow onwards.

i have pcod n taking metformin tablet.........

reduced m weight (56kg to 50 kg).........but unable 2 reduce tummie......................

hi...

u have posted the diet na..mornin oats..1 chap or dosa for lunch..dinner...how many kgs did u reduce in how many days?i do have pcos..i find it difficult to lose weight...is tat diet ok?

hi platinum..

my doctor stopped all tab and asked me to take orgamed for 3 months...last month i got my periods aftr 26 days..again tis time i got it within 13 days..i am dietin...but i couldn find any difference..am really depressed...help me pl...i shouldn take rice eh?

i managed to reduce 2 kg in 2 weeks.. now i am not on diet since i am on vacation.. i think you must combine diet and some exercise.try to avoid sweets sugar and rice

i dont know about your new medicine..
didnt you check with your gynec about the early period. continue your diet. you will certainly find difference. dont worry.. dont expect a sudden change...

hi all,

Let me help u all,I had the same problem of PCOD and doctor asked me to reduce weight,My weight was 78kgs and nw I am 63,its becoz of brisk walk for 1hr and I dnt take sweets and I am a pure veggie so it was not an issue for me.So plz start walking and gyming if u can.
