 iron tablets hi all, iam using iron tablets for the past 10 months,becoz of that i had lost my colour. so anybody pls suggest me what to do to improve my complexion  thanx in advance. bye, vivbass.      |

| Re: iron tablets Last whole year i took iron tablets & i got so many pimples on my face. Then i stop taking it. My suggestion is if u have no deficiency of iron then stop taking it. Becoz too much iron is also not for our health.

| Re: iron tablets hi cheer,thanx for ur reply. i was told by DR to have this tablets,becoz last year i had severe health probs,for that they told,also told me not to stop. iam just wondering any thing can be done for this...also i have seen lots of beauty tips in this IL,if i follow that will it b ok??
