Hi friends,

Can anybody share yr opinion regarding the above? Is it good to consume on a regular basis in our food?

Ami - I add a tblspn of flax powder in oats kanji that we have every morning. I read somewhere that it helps in reducing BP.

hi ami,

flax seed is a good source of fiber and omega 3 which is very good for hair growth. flax seed is a best substitute for vegetarians and who dont eat or like fish. especially pregnant ladies should consume atleast 2 table spoon of flax seed as it improves DHA of the growing baby. simply u can throw 2 spoons of flax seed in your cereal and have.hope this information will help u. take care.

Thank you so much for the info on flax seed powder. I have bought flax seed but did not know how to use them. Now I will try to mix the powder in roti atta and also would add to kids milk.

Flax seed is good for bone health also because it contains omega 3.
I got flax seed tablets from GNC. Where do you get flax seed powder,
can anybody suggest a store?
