thnx for the useful info.
do u know the energy value of raagi. i started liking raagi pudding. i used to prepare this for my baby. if it is of low calorie, i may include it in my diet n skip a meal.

i remember my grandma used to make ragi balls with rice and ragi and to accompany it a spicy drumstick curry -it used to taste great.

U can also make ragi dosa and chapati's
