Obstructive jaundice diet

    Hi friends, I underwent Laproscopy for removing Gall bladder stones 20 days ago. Now my LFT count has come back to normal which had been pretty high before, due to the obstructive jaundice. I have been asked to be on a careful diet...no oil..no spice. Can you guys please give me ideas of recipes of what I can have.....Thank u!
