Don't Skip your Breakfast

    Hello friends,

    This may sound you as it is any other advice, which we are hearing from childhood.
    But, researchers and nutrition experts have proven breakfast to be the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is clearly meant that we are breaking fast. It’s a long hours fast after night meal and sleep. It is also proven that, who eat breakfast perform more cognitive for rest of the day, especially children’s. Often we tend to skip breakfast and staving till after noon will make us eat food in large quantity and without healthiest choice. Elder’s habit of taking breakfast will allow children to learn the same. A healthy breakfast doesn't mean that we should take time to prepare it. Try to add food which contain fiber and protein

    I would like you to share your food habits and if you are taking any steps to improve that.
    Also share the best way to cook fast and healthier food. List out the menus which is easy to prepare. We tend to know lots of dishes to prepare for breakfast, but this will help us to recollect.

    Yes I agree.. Breakfast is important meal of the day and we should have it without fail.. otherwise it may lead to many health complications.. Though we cannot eat much in the morning, I take a light breakfast of fruits or veg salad, with milk, buttermilk or fresh juice.. else, cornflakes with milk or oats with milk..

    Yes I agree. I love my break fast than any other meal. But my break fast is almost simillarevery day . But i enjoy it. I mix and match from the following group everyday.
    Juice : bottlegourd/carrot/mango/melon/pineapple/berries
    Cereal: oats/musely/steamed sprouts
    Nuts/seeds: Soaked almond/linseed pow/sunflower seed
    Dry fruits: dry mango/cranberry/raisin/dates/apricot/dry coconut/goji berry
    milk.

    So todays break fast : pineapple juice+ musely,drymango,cranberry,apricot,sunflower seed,linseed pow+milk.

    I know it is not indian breakfast, but I dont gettime in the morning to have Indian bf. I kept all these in different packets in my office cupboard and i can choose which ever i prefer each day:)

    I have indian bf for my dinner.

    Don,t skip the break fast because it is very necessary and good for our health, its maintain for your body and power, who person go to the gym its necessary to the break fast for the good and more, then its body perfect and cool.
