Emergencies can occur at home, work or anywhere. It can be in the form of a sting, cut, bruise, burn, bleed, fracture and what not. It can happen either to you or your friend or family member. Remember, the adage, stitch in time, saves nine? This fits the role of first aid so well! Before rushing to the hospital or a doctor, it pays to perform the vital steps of first aid. You may or may not have people around you to help during such an emergency and, a first aid kit will always be of your help. You can either purchase a ready-made first aid kit that is available in the pharmacy stores or prepare one yourself. Here, is a handy checklist. You can even take a printout, if required.

that's a very nice list coolblues. I always keep a kit ready so that we can carry it while going for long trips or official tours or holidays. If any medicine is used, I remember to replenish the stock after returning home. This list is quite helpful for anyone to keep an emergency kit. Nothing will go missing! :)
