    Drinking water has many benefits but one should drink sensibly.. For example one should not drink water in between meals nor immediately after meals

    But drinking lot of water can be harmful too.So drink it sensibly.No doubt by drinking water you can stay away from dehydration.

    Daily intake of water should be around 2-3 ltr. Infact it is adviced to have lukewarm water in the morning. It helps in weight loss and it is also very good for your skin.

    Everyone says that "Drink 4 glasses of water". Glasses are of different sizes. From small to large..plastic, steel etc..kindly mentioned the quantity in milli litres or any other metric

    It is good to take lukewarm water in empty stomach in the morning time, it help in weight loss, removing toxic from the body and giving relief from the constipation.

    How much should we drink?

    The Department of Health recommends that we should drink about 1.2 litres of fluid every day to stop us getting dehydrated. This works out to be about six 200ml or eight 150ml glasses, cups or mugs. In hotter climates, the body needs more water than this.

    The total amount of water we lose each day and need to replace is in fact greater than this – about 2.5 litres – but we get 1 litre of the fluid we need from food and the body recovers 0.3 litres from chemical reactions in our cells. The rest needs to be taken from drinks.
    All drinks count, but water, milk and fruit juices are the healthiest. It is best to avoid alcoholic drinks.

    Try to avoid sugary soft and fizzy drinks that can be high in added sugars. These can be high in calories and bad for teeth.

    yes water is very essential to keep ourselves healthy.

    Boil water, put off the flame, add a pinch of cumin seeds (jeera), let it stand for 10 minutes. Drink this water every now and then. This will take care of the entire body as well as digestive system.
