Hi upavi, you can make eggless pancakes. Mix equal quantity of maida, wheat as pure maida is not good. You can even make plain wheat pancakes.

COoking is a chemical process so if it happens in right time & at right temperature the food turns out healthy as well as tasty.

Vegetable upma - easy to prepare & nutritious too
    Wheat pancakes
boiled corn pearls in cup corn style
    salads
    Fruits in cream / milk
    Corn-spinach sandwich
    Healthy chutney sandwich

    hi,
you can make poha upma with some veggies added..its very easy... you can also make sprouted green gram for breakfast. It is very rich in protein or you can just grind the soaked green gram and make it like small rotis or dosa.. that is also easy..

You can sauté some veggies like capsicum, zucchini etc with salt and pepper wrap it in a grilled corn tortillos or simple chappati (if you prefer you can add red/green chutney) and have it.. it will be very filling and healthy too..

    1) cut fruits like apricot, strawberry, papaya, banana, mango - all or any 1 -2 fruits, mix with some plain yoghurt, add a dash of honey and some flex seed powder - this is very filling and healthy.

    2) take some grated carrot, chopped spinach, fresh methi leaves, chopped green chilli, flex seed powder, boiled potato (mashed) = mix with whole wheat flour and salt to your taste - make a soft dough and make chapati. Spread little hummus on it for added nutrients.:)

Upavi, learn to make idlis, dosas and small small things like heavy veg burgers and all. So that once you eat them, even if you have yr lunch late there shouldnt be a problem.

Bcoz I have always seen ladies are very very bzy with their hsework and kids and all bla bla bla so their lunch eating gets late too often. So its juz a suggestion
