Default Re: How to prepare Pudina Lauki???

Hey Deepa...

I know how to make "Pudina-Lauki Raita".
Is that what you want??
Here is the reciepe anyways...

Ingredients

1 cup bottle gourd (doodhi/lauki), grated

¼ cup tomatoes, chopped

1 cup low fat curds, whisked

2 tablespoons mint, chopped

¼ teaspoon roasted cumin seeds (jeera)

¼ teaspoon black salt (sanchal)

½ teaspoon sugar
Method
1. Steam the bottle gourd for 4 to 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl and whisk well.
3. Serve chilled.

Hope you like it...
Do let me if this is what you wanted...
Regards...
