broken wheat chicken briyani

this is one of my favorite dish....i do't like broken wheat....but i like this one.
this can serve 2
u want:
broke wheat 1 cup
chicken 1/4 kg(nearly)
mint ,coriander leaves....1 cup
chilli powder
turmeric
salt
garam masala
oil...3 to 4 spoons
onion small 2
tomato 3 small
ginger garlic paste....3 tsp
spices...for seasoning
method
1.put oil in a pan ...season with cloves,cinnamon,..bay leaves.
2.put ginger garlic paste,saute well, add onion chopped,...saute well
3.add chopped mint, coriander leaves..saute well
4.add chopped tomato,saute well..
5.add chilli,turmeric,garam masala powder.
6.add chicken pieces..saute well.
7 put a cup of water,close with a lid allow to cook.
8. if chicken cooked...dry the chicken.(..no water) then put 3 cups of water for 1 cup of broken wheat.
9.close with a lid allow to cook.
10.serve with raita.
note:
1 very healthy dish
2. we added only 3 to 4 spoons of oil for this..
3.we added lot of greens and onions and tomato..
