this also a healthy receipe..you can have it for breakfadt....easy to make...good for working women
1.boil milk..put oats...cook it...cool it
2.cut some fruits like apple,banana,musk melon,butter fruit,mango,
3 grind fruits with oats...add sugar,.
4 serve chilled...
