hi ,
i bought 2 avacodas costing rs. 25 each without knowing its selection procedure. it was like hard unripened guava. i dont know how to select , whether it has to peeled off or not , which portion to eat and all ...simply bought in the thoght of health & making a dip out of it .

[ thought enna periya brhama sutram ]. so i wasted one in the trial & error method. we tasted the white portion ..... oh nobody liked it. so i kept the other one for ripening nearly for 12 days outside. it was like a stone. & fungus formed outside .. so had to throw it away.

so , my first attempt with avacoda was a failure

then i didnt turn my head to that side.
and now , if you want me to prepare the avacoda chutney i need all step by step details

right from its selection. ok? plz....
