Default oats idli

hi friends

if u want to add oats in ur daily diet it is agood receipe.

u want

1.oats ....4 cups
2.urad dal...1 cup
3.green chilli(optional)
4.ginger(optional)

method:
1.soak dal for about 2 hrs...grind it softly with green chiili &ginger.
2.soak oats for some 10 min in water.
3.add oats in urad paste ..add salt.
4.keep it for some 8 to 10 hrs.(depends on ur climate)
5.make idlis.
6 but this won't be so soft like rice idli.
7.you can make variations in this like rice idli.
