Smile Eat without guilt

Hi FriendsHere is my OATs Uttapam recipe.Do try it .Its tasty and healthy.Take one cup powdered oat.(grind the oats in Blender).Add one cup of curd,Some water to have a consistency in batter.,Pinch of salt,Set aside for forty minutes and then add 1/2 teaspoon of fruit salt(eno).Make a pan cake on dosa tawa like uttpam. Add onions, capsicum , tomato, olives and green coriander.Sprikle some rai seeds and powder kari leaf on the top.Do it on medium flame.Turn it and cook till done.Do it on nonstick tawa with minimum oil. After the first one cooked in slight oil. Rest can be made without oil. Will take little time and some patience for oil less cooking.Enjoy. Coming up with non fried bread pakora next time. Sanchi

Hi Dear
I always use Eno( Fruit salt). If u found difficult to turn it use lesser quantity of baking soda or Fruit salt.Fruit salt is same as eno.Eno also comes in small satche
Life is good .switch to less oil in life
