    Well do it often when in the car or can say when free.. Try it on...

    During mindful breathing, gently place the tip of your tongue behind your top front teeth where they meet the palate.

    Just softly placed--not pressing. Notice as you do, how the muscles in the jaw, cheek and throat soften.

    It helps relief Stress..

    Meditating only for five minutes concentrating on your breath give a lot of relief from stress and makes you fresh.

    I usually meditate for 10 mts in the morning and sometimes when i find time in the evening and it works very well for stress releif.:thumbsup
